He self identifies as a "gay drag queen". I think he and his parents are going to sue. I hope so -- there is precedent and I think they'll win.

He's attended school for a year wearing girl's clothes.
He's on the girl's drill team.
The kids at the school are OK with his appearance.
School officials allowed a girl to attend the prom wearing a tux.
Yeah, I think they've got a case.
