Because we don't already have enough fried foods..
I'm so proud! A new "food" debuted at our Texas State Fair last month: Fried Coke. So now we've moved beyond fried Twinkies and Snickers to fried beverages. Technology is amazing, isn't it? And if they fried it in corn oil, does it qualify as vegetarian? Jus' wonderin'.

Oh, how revolting - and dangerous! We threw out our deep fat fryer several years ago and don't miss it at all. We've cut back on Coke, too - I don't think it should count as a food or beverage judging by the ingredients! x
