I didn't know there were that many gay prisoners.Still jail is jail and they need to put a stop to all the killings, gangs and rape before they.Mexican jails are infamous for not allowing people thir medications and letting people languish and die from preventable things.

I believe gay Mexicans who hop our border are allowed to get gay-married here as well. They have loads of other rights that we don't have as well. :)

We're way ahead of them in California. We have mandatory gay conjugal visits in our prisons.
