Making out
So, Alex posted a link to a post that Willam (only one 'i', like the Cyclops) put up about air kissing and hugging and then I and others commented on Willam's post and then some of those comments got me to thinking about just how much I really love kissing / making out / whatever you call it - with just about anyone I like (if they let me, that is). Yes, when it's part of foreplay before sex it's really, really especially good, but tongue-wrestling simply for it's own sake is fun, too. I like it! A lot! Yeah, I'm slutty that way.
But then I also remembered a short story by Walter Jon Williams (with TWO 'i's) in Omni magazine years and years ago entitled "Sarah Runs the Weasel". That story was more than a little disturbing for someone like me who is really into kissing and all. The story was later expanded and incorporated into Williams's cyberpunk novel Hardwired®. And as luck would have it, the particular portion of the novel containing that original short story was excerpted and posted online. If you're so inclined, you can read that book excerpt here (it's about 3/4 of the way down) and then you'll know why I was disturbed. Or you can skip the story and just be content with knowing that I like kissing. (Did I mention that I like it a lot?)

As you know, I am a fan of kissing too. I am also a kissing slut. Now, my "how many people have I sleep with" number is a respectable number somewhere between virginal and slutty. It's not, you know, porn star figures but it's respectable (is there such a thing?)
HOWEVER, kissing? Pfft. I have NO idea how many people I've kissed in my life. I love kissing. If I get a chance and the person is willing and we're attracted, I'm all for it. Yes, I'm married but we have kind of an open relationship (it's not fully open, although it used to be.. it's just kind of open... minded).
It's almost like, if I'm really attracted to someone and I kiss them, that's Kool and the Gang (two points if you know where that's from and I know you do). I don't have to sleep with them. An awesome, mind-blowing, hot, wet, sexy kiss is usually all I need.

I read Omni for a good number of years and I rememebr being disturbed too. Not sure I want to go back and relive it.

Wow. I googled "sarah runs the weasel" because I had a dream that indirectly reminded me of that story I read in OMNI when I was a kid (I'm 30 now).
I had no idea it was from 1986... I must have been like 7 or 8 when I read it... I was reading through the magazine in a library and OMNI was on the "current" display. Can you imagine a kid being exposed to something like that when they are 8? I read the story again from the link you provided... I remembered it as being more erotic and mind blowing... now it just seems a little gross and a let-down.
Anyway I googled the title like 5 years ago and there were a total of zero results, so this time finding it was awesome, and gave me closure to something that kept coming up in my brain.
I never read about or heard of you before, but you seem awesome. I looked at your profile and read the interview you suggested. You look great for 61... insanely young looking. I am not attracted to guys or anything, but I'm just saying in a heterosexual way you look great.
Also from what I have read, you seem very smart and well adjusted too. Not THAT different at all! :)
